'ACT Women Speaking workshop and professional photograph opportunity' 

Start 2020 by putting your best foot forward: WEN ACT is offering a Women Speaking workshop by Catherine McGrath Media and an opportunity for professional head shots.

In the Women Speaking one day workshop, participants will:

1.    Become a more competent, skilled and confident public speaker for professional events and conferences,

2.    Develop communication skills that enhance ‘executive presence’  

3.    Write and deliver professional presentations

4.    Understand how communication skills enhance influence, visibility and career development.

Time: 08.30am- 4:30pm (with 2 x 1hr follow up sessions)
Location: Telstra Tower Executive Briefing Centre Canberra 
Cost: $610 members | $730 non-members
* The event will be fully catered.

The Women in Economics Network was formed in 2017 to promote and support the careers of female economists in Australia. The objectives for the Women in Economics Network are to increase the representation of women at all levels of the profession, promote public contributions by female economists and encourage young women to study economics. Both women and men are welcome to attend the event.
